After the announcement of Shout! Factory had acquired the DVD rights for the first 17 seasons of Power Rangers, it was revealed that Lionsgate Entertainment has acquired the DVD rights for the current Power Rangers season, Power Ranger Samurai!
Lionsgate Entertainment has acquired the DVD rights to the season and has planned two single-disc releases for June 19th. Those releases are titled "Power Rangers Samurai - Volume 1: The Team Unites" and "Power Rangers Samurai - Volume 2: A New Enemy".
Each DVD has a 92-minute running time and cost $14.98 each. It is in Widescreen format and also features closed captioning. Plans for a box set release is still unknown as of the moment.
